Account deletion
Delete your account.
This page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it in BodyQuest and other apps published by ASANAR STUDIOS.
Option 1: in the app
Open the app, go to Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
Option 2: by email
Email team@asanarstudios.com from the email address registered in the app, with the subject Delete my account and the name of the app. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.
What we delete
Your profile, sign in details, goals, body measurements, workout and diet history, progress photos and any other personal data stored on our servers. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
What we may keep
Records we are required to keep by law, such as tax or payment records, for the period the law requires. Anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you may also be kept.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Please cancel it in your store account first. See Support for the steps.
