This Privacy Policy explains how ASANAR STUDIOS (“Asanar Studios”, “we”, “us”), a partnership firm registered in India, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and mobile applications (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address and messages you send us; account details if an app offers accounts; profile details you enter such as age, height, weight, goals and diet preference.
Health and fitness data: if you choose, data such as workouts, weight, meals and steps you enter or allow us to read from Apple Health or Health Connect. This is used only to provide app features.
Usage and device data: app version, device type, OS version, crash logs and anonymous usage statistics.
Purchase data: subscription status provided by Apple or Google. We never receive your full payment card details.
Website: this website has no accounts, forms that store data, or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

3. How we use information

To provide and personalise the Services, show your progress, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, keep the Services secure, fix problems and comply with law. We do not use your data for third party advertising.

4. HealthKit and health data

Data obtained from Apple HealthKit or Health Connect is never used for advertising or data mining, never sold, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. It is not stored in iCloud by us. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records.

7. Your rights and account deletion

You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Delete your account in the app under Settings, then Delete account, or email team@asanarstudios.com. Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have additional rights, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking.

11. BodyQuest

BodyQuest: Indian Weight Loss, published on Google Play by ASANAR STUDIOS, is covered by this Privacy Policy. BodyQuest may process the profile details, diet preference, meals, workouts and weight entries you provide in order to create your plan and show your progress. Purchases are handled by Google Play. You can delete your BodyQuest account and data as described in Your rights.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and change the Last updated date. Significant changes will be notified in the app.
