1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the website and apps provided by ASANAR STUDIOS (“Asanar Studios”), a partnership firm registered in India. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer or disrupt them. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.

3. Health disclaimer

Content is for general information and wellness only and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme. You use fitness features at your own risk. Stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

In app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

6. Apple App Store terms

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

7. Google Play terms

For apps downloaded from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software in the Services belong to ASANAR STUDIOS or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the Last updated date when we do.
